CE labs® is back from Las Vegas and glad to be back home in Texas. “Overall, the In-Store Marketing Expo was a great success”, says Mike Shaw, head of sales and marketing. This 2 day event was stocked full of marketing directors and branding managers, which makes it very important for each company to showcase their capabilities. CE labs® sparked a lot of interest with their different applications using Madix shelves, each housing a 10.2” LCD interactive touch-screen. The whole show is about branding. Industry monoliths like Proctor & Gamble, Sony, and Nintendo all show up and explore new ways of executing their marketing campaigns. Representatives were very interested in CE labs®’ rendering of Sony, EA and Fisher Price shelves. “It’s all about point of purchase”, explains Mike Shaw. “The neat thing about our shelves is that we have merchandise that sits on top and bottom, with correlating media that ties it all together.”
From helpful seminars and keynotes to industry resources and networking, thousands of in-store professionals found the right people, smart strategies and effective tools they need to succeed at the 2008 In-Store Marketing Expo. CE labs® was no exception. “We feel very confident in where we stand in this industry. Our technology is still the front runner and we are continuing to work hard to keep it this way” Traditional points of sale with Madix shelves crossed with the technological advancements of CE labs® his just the beginning in changing the everyday shopping experience. These fully customizable panels give the customer a full interactive experience. They feature multiple merchandisable shelf surfaces dedicated Easels with channel for print signage and interactive monitors featuring flash videos. As shown here, each fixture can be custom arranged to fit the needs of the consumer. Easel™ features vast options of displays, examples ranging form EA Sports, Sony, to Hanes. GlobalShop 2008: CE labs Presence Causes a Sigh... of Relief CE labs descended on the Windy City this past week for our third annual exhibition at the Global Shop 2008 trade show. "This was our most successful year to date," said Vice President of Sales, Mike Shaw. Our hottest item was the Digital Signage Simple Set which offered a simple solution for anyone wanting to implement this cutting edge technology. Shaw described the trade show as 'a sea of overwhelming, complicated components' when it came to Digital Signage. "Our competitors were offering Digital Signage but it was piece meal," said Shaw. "Being a relatively new technology, there is confusion as to how it (Digital Signage) functions and what is needed to get up and running." To address this need, CE labs featured a simple solution: Digital Signage as a package. The technology and all its components were displayed in a straightforward design that allowed even the novice to better understand Digital Signage. "We found ourselves educating," said Shaw. "There was such an interest in Digital Signage, but also confusion. People wanted the technology, but didn't know where to start. I feel we successfully broke it down and made it palatable." CE labs' Digital Signage Simple Set provides the display, hardware, software and creative content required for implementation. We have addressed the need for a simple, cost effective Digital Signage solution as debuted at Global Shop 2008. |
